Pre-licensing Real Estate (Provisional Sales Associate) Course

by attending my 5 week, 90 hour Distance Learning course.
The assigned units (chapters) do not 'build upon another', therefore students may begin within the first 2 evening sessions and overlap into the next five-week class if they desire; however, it is most beneficial to complete within the 5 week session.
Classroom sessions will be held in one of the Keller Williams Realty Training Centers:

We meet on Monday & Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm (except Holidays) for discussion and explanation of assigned units. After course completion, there is usually about a month before beginning the next five week course.
Tuition cost of $400.00. The tuition includes the latest edition of the Real Estate Manual, a workbook (3 ring binder) all handouts, classroom sessions, etc., plus documents needed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission for your license application.
Please complete the Enrollment Form and attach your check for tuition & books, payable to Ken Bond (not Keller Williams) and return to either Keller Williams Realty office shown on the Enrollment Form.
Or, you can go to the class location prior to the start of class to enroll, pay tuition, and receive your manual. If paying on first evening session, just let the receptionist know your intentions.
