Applicants convicted of felony crimes referenced in Oklahoma License Code Section 858-301.1 may not be eligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate License for a predetermined numbeer of years. For clarification, and/or pre-approval please contact the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (866 521-3389) and/or review the cited section of law referenced herein.
Applicants who are DACA recipients (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) are not eligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate L. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) Section 248 requires the recipient/beneficiary to be in lawful immigrations status; DACA is not considered a lawful non-immigrant status.icense
I understand that a lot of material will be covered in a short period of time & it is to my advantage to attend all classroom sessions. I also understand that I am required to complete the course and pass the 'end of ocurse' exam with a minimum of 75% correct - within 6 months of the enrollment date.
I agree to pay tuition of $400.00, which includes materials, class attendance and 'end of course' examination. I agree to pay an additional $20.00 (administrative fee) if my check is returned by my financial institution.
No tuition refund, or portion, will be granted unless requested on later than seven (7) days from the date of this enrollment agreement.
